Restless Leg Solution!
If you have ever suffered from Restless Leg Syndrome (aka RLS) then you know the extreme problems that come with it. Not only is it one of the most annoying sensations, it usually happens at night when you are trying to rest and may even wake you from a sleep.
My Story with RLS…
For me, the symptoms began when I became pregnant. Anytime I would sit still, I felt this awful tingling- almost electric surges- in my legs and feet. It makes you feel like you have to move around or stretch, or do anything but sit still. It is one of nature’s cruel games. Torture even.
Then, the symptoms subsided for about a year, but came back with a VENGEANCE. The symptoms were so bad that I would even think about going to bed and my feet would start tingling. This made me wonder if it was somehow a neurological disorder…
I tried every kind of stretch recommended, tried the slanted pillow under my legs, and multiple over the counter supplements that claimed to specifically help with RLS. Nothing was helping.
I wanted to cry every single night. I am a mother to a toddler, so would be beyond exhausted already, soooooo ready to just rest, but the annoying electric feeling surges would continue. Even if I would just stretch and shake my legs for temporary relief, and fall asleep, I would wake up shortly after with the awful sensations again.
How I Found My Solution:
This is when I started seeing a new chiropractor, an old friend of mine, and told her about my RLS troubles and how it was affecting my sleep. She immediately suggested trying taking Magnesium supplements and possibly the Magnesium Gel. She said that a big portion of the general population don’t get enough basic minerals and that they can make a huge difference. I bought both because I honestly had nothing to lose. I was so deliriously exhausted, crabby, and scared to even try to rest because the RLS had become so annoying. I knew I had nothing to lose.

Products that worked…
First I tried the gel, and applied it (mixed with lotion to reduce greasiness and possible slight burning sensation) to my legs and feet. A little goes a long way. I probably used about a quarter sized drop for each side. After about twenty minutes, the RLS sensations subsided. I couldn’t f+*king believe it. SO EXCITED. I was able to lay down and go to sleep like I hadn’t been able to in WEEKS!!!
The next day, I texted her immediately to share the news and thank her for her absolute genius. She suggested I take the Maganesium Malate supplement in the morning and evening. So I did without questioning it after finding relief with the gel. I take 2-3 capsules in the A.M., and 2-3 a little before bedtime. If I feel any type of RLS-like sensation in my legs or feet as I am trying to go to bed, I get up to take a moment to apply the gel as well to specific areas.
This was the magic potion. Magnesium! So, if you also suffer from the torturous symptoms of ALS, please try taking and or applying Magnesium as this has cured my problems.
