My personal favorite is Ebates because with every single website I visit, their extension will pop up telling me how much % I will be saving when I make a purchase…you can either click “save now” or “activate later”. LOVE IT ~ you literally get paid to shop. Read More…

With OR without a blog. If you have a blog, you can benefit from affiliate sales through ads, specific affiliates that you choose to work with via independent affiliates OR affiliate networks.
If you do not have a blog, this is totally doable as well.
You can use a FREE photo editing website like PicMonkey to create attractive ads, post them on social media, then when interested people click on your affiliate link, it will take them to the product you are indirectly selling, and you get a percentage of the sale because it is your referral.

- Testing websites
These sites will have you try out certain websites by going through and clicking on certain parts and talking your way through it like you were a new potential customer seeing the website for the first time.
You will be letting them know how easy or difficult it was to navigate through their site. Let them know if something was not clear or there was a weird loop, or just straight up confusing as hell.
They usually pay like $10-$15 a pop, and it does not take long to complete, but you do have to be ready to jump on the opportunity because they do not last long. You get the email and if you do not respond quick, someone else will.

This and captioning are very similar in the fact that you are basically listening to an audio and translating it into text. Each company of course will have different requirements and possibly required typing speeds. BUT, if this is something you think you could be good at, it is worth checking out! Read more…

- Book reviewing
Not sure how common compensation is for reviewing a book, but I know you can get rewarded in other ways like gift cards (including free books) . Some companies will offer some compensation, but from what I have seen is minimal. Would be a fun side gig though.

Here are the two websites that I know you can get compensated for a full book summary:
***BookBrowse– Get paid for 600 word book summaries.
***GetAbstract– Get paid for book reviews(2000-4000 word summaries).
(If you want to get more compensation for reviewing books you will need to consider proofreading.)

- Mastermind an invention
Anything from phone apps, toys, website programs, or any other awesome idea you have come up with that you think will stand out in the crowd. Of course, be smart- talk to lots of websites and make sure you secure your idea when applying to companies. Get your patent pending.
→If you have some type of kids toy invention, HogWildToys will work with you. I bought a toy from them at Hobby Lobby, looked them up online, and accept inventor’s ideas. Below is what I bought for my daughter, and this is only one of many ideas. Thought it could be a super cool gig for creatives.

- Get paid to pick up trash- set your own rate
That’s right, pick up trash in public lots and make possibly $50,000+ per year. Build up your clients, work when you want, charge what you want (recommended amount is between $30-$50/hour. Here is Brian’s success story and even offers tips & advice for those looking to make a little (or A LOT) extra money on the side. Completely intriguing.

This is something just about anyone can do. You would open your free account, set up services that you would offer people in your local area (such as moving a heavy item, running errands for someone, etc).
Currently they say no digital services are offered so this is strictly to help people in your community doing something.

- Do Voice Overs
This is something you can do through a bunch of different places, and one of those being FIVERR.
If you haven’t heard of FIVERR, this is a website that you can set up a Freelance type of shop and offer very creative and eclectic types of services and items for people to purchase. And voice overs is a commonly found gig.
Here are a few free voice-over resources online to check out:

- http://www.edgestudio.com/free-voice-over-resources

Can you sing or plan an instrument?
- Join a band in your local area

This is another task offering website, but you have a lot more options because you can do things online. Take a look around and see what others are offering, I was quite amused at the incredible creativity. Same idea though, you create a free profile, decide which services you would like to offer, set your prices, and then work on promoting your stuff.

You can talk about whatever you want just for the fun of it, or you can start one with intentions of creating passive income. Either way it is free to open an account and to upload and edit your videos. Jason McDonald has a book called YouTube Marketing that is EXTREMELY helpful too.

- Driving for Uber
I wish that I loved driving more because this is also a great gig for those looking for a part or full income working for themselves. Sometimes they will offer a sign up bonus too!

Personally this is not something that I wish to do, but I have about 3 friends that do it just as a PART TIME gig, and make an extra$500-$1000/month.

* Grocery shopping for someone in your community through Instacart.
InstaCart is the one in my area. All you have to do is apply (which means fill out your application and okay the company to do a background check on you…I had a DUI 6 years ago and I was approved, so don’t be scared to try:)
This is a moderately easy gig job because the people you might help out have shopped online, put in their order, and all you have to do is go into the store and hand pick items on the list. There is no cost for applying and they will send you a card (with lanyard) in the mail within the week.
You can deliver alcohol if you are of age and watch a video, and then get 100% on the test afterwards.
Also, I found this guy’s YouTube video extremely helpful…definitely check it out if you are thinking about doing this!

Starting a blog for your own self expression purposes or for your already existing business is totally doable. Even for the electronically challenged. Read more…

- Dropshipping
This is where you basically copy and paste photos and descriptions of items from other stores and then sell the items on Ebay. The items never come into contact with you, you simply set up an Ebay store, copy and paste items for sale from other websites. Once a customer buys the item from your Ebay store, you go back to the store you copied and pasted the info from, and ship it to your Ebay customer. The difference in cost is your profit.

****Just need some motivation and positive thinking inspiration?
Some of my favorite inspirational reads: Whatever you are thinking about doing these books will make you feel motivated and confident to do them.

- Sell children’s BooksAt book fairs, community events, online, or in person.
It is not difficult AT ALL to make an extra $1000/month by sharing awesome books. You can succeed doing it part or full time, in person or online. Below is an average rate of commission that is possible as soon as 6 months. Of course this is different for everyone, and depends on how much you want to work, but doing this part time and making a great side income is completely possible.

This is one of the easiest ways to make some extra cash. If you go twice a week you can make up to $400 each month! Here are a few websites that you can sell your plasma:
- DonatingPlasma
- CSL
- BloodBanker

- Start a dog walking business
Privately or through an online pet-sitting/walking business. Signing up as a dog walker through someone else is nice because there are less worries. Here are some great online businesses to sign up through to become a dog walker in your area:
- PetBacker– this is the one I use because they offer services for ALL animals: cats, dogs, ferret, hamsters, mice, and other exotics. This is the only app so far I have seen to offer regular house pets plus exotics:)
- Rover
- Wag Walking
If you start your own dog walking business, you will have to build up your reputation. BUT, if you use one of these apps
If you plan on doing this for a long period of time it may be worth getting certified because this offers you more respect from your clients, you can earn more money, and a huge competitive advantage when attracting customers over non certified dog walkers. If you want to become certified (I would not worry about doing this until you have a solid business going) here are a few sites that offer certificate courses:

- Become a Secret Shopper
You can do this in person or online, and you can do a variety of different tasks. Eating out, drinking beer, shopping in retail stores, etc. This is no way to make a fortune, BUT you can go out and try stuff out in your community while getting compensated for your honest opinion.
Here a few of my favorites:
- SecretHOPPER
- FIELD AGENT (PHONE APP)– currently use this one…there are things you can do without leaving home, but I really have fun completing the scavenger hunt one:)
- EASYSHIFT (PHONE APP)
- iSecretShop

- Babysitting/running a daycare out of your home
(check out) Care.com

- Write a book
Everyone has a story, and yours could be the one that changes someone’s life. Lulu.com is a perfect self-publishing platform for starting out too.
(For Adult or children)

- Teach classes online
The two websites that are my favorite to teach through are “Teachable” and “Thinkific“. They are both extremely easy to set up and you can start out with the free plan (they only take a small percentage of each course sold). Download Thinkific’s free 44 page guide that will take you step by step on how to create killer content, choose your price points, how to utilize all their services, and more.

- Become an on-demand car washer
If you wash cars now and just need help finding more customers, or if you are looking for a quick way to make some extra money, these apps supply car washers (YOU) and connect you to people wanting a car wash.

- Become a handy man on-demand
These apps will connect you will potential customers and jobs. You apply with the specific app, then once you are approved you can negotiate jobs and begin working.

In Conclusion:
Phewww, that was a lot of ideas. Start with one that sparks your interest, see how that goes and if you like it there is always a way to figure out how to turn that idea into a steady stream of income. Hope this helps you come up with some awesome ideas to get you out of your financial funk. Let me know if you have any additional ideas I could add.
